A 2-part epoxy coating formulated for application to wet, oil-contaminated, and underwater surfaces, displacing water from the substrate to ensure maximum adhesion. Once cured, it forms a barrier coating for protection of equipment operating under immersed conditions or in contact with aqueous solutions.
