Overview of Belzona 4341

Belzona 4341 (Magma CR3) is a high-performance, two-component barrier coating optimized for resistance to hot inorganic acids — such as sulfuric and hydrochloric acid — with service temperatures up to 194°F (90°C). The system isolates concrete and metal substrates from deteriorating chemical environments in the most aggressive hot inorganic acid service.

Brush- or spray-applied to acid retaining walls, chemical drains and channels, tanks, walkways with non-slip aggregate, pump bases and casings, and tank pads. The 1.5 kg unit covers 26.7 sq.ft. (2.48 m²) at the recommended 16 mil (400 micron) DFT per coat. Force-cured at 80°C (180°F) for 4 hours for optimum chemical resistance. HDT of 205°F (96°C) at 150°C cure with compressive strength of 22,311 psi (153.8 MPa) post-cure.
