Overview
Clarifier basins, headworks channels, and digester walls take a continuous chemical and biological load that thins concrete cover over rebar and opens the substrate to hydrogen sulfide attack at the splash zone. Belzona 4341 (Magma CR4) is the inorganic-acid-resistant immersion lining sized for sulfide-rich wastewater service; Belzona 5811 (Immersion Grade) extends the same protection to steel sluice gates, walkways, and embedments. Both apply cold during a single basin-down rotation and return the asset to service inside the plant's existing maintenance window.
