Solvents and process chemistry deteriorate containment areas and their support structures over time. Belzona 4181 (AHR Magma-Quartz) and Belzona 4311 (Magma CR1) repair and resurface damaged secondary containment, and chemically resistant epoxy coatings such as Belzona 1392 (Ceramic HT2) and Belzona 1593 provide long-term protection against a wide range of acids and alkalis — even at high temperatures and concentrations.

Belzona's 100% solids metal repair composites and epoxy coatings repair and protect heat exchangers damaged by erosion and corrosion on tube sheets, water boxes, division bars, and end covers. Cold-curing application is rapid and in situ, minimising downtime, and because Belzona materials are excellent electrical insulators they isolate dissimilar metals and prevent galvanic corrosion. Belzona 1391T is among the coatings used for in-situ heat-exchanger repair and protection.

Tanks and vessels suffer corrosion, deterioration, and weather damage. Belzona's solutions cover emergency leak sealing, cold metal bonding, and internal and external coatings. Belzona 5811 (Immersion Grade) and Belzona 5892 provide long-term chemical protection, while elevated- and high-temperature linings cure in service to form a barrier between the substrate and the corrosive media, extending corrosion-management intervals.

Pharmaceutical flooring has to be seamless and easy to clean for hygiene. Fast-curing concrete repair composites resurface and protect damaged concrete with epoxy materials such as Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz); Belzona 4311 (Magma CR1) protects channels, gratings, and containment; and Belzona 5231 (SG Laminate) adds slip reduction in a range of colours for visibility. Deteriorating expansion joints are rebuilt with the flexible Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer).

Thin-wall and through-wall pipe damage is repaired with metal repair composites, pipe wraps, plate bonding, and pit filling. Belzona SuperWrap II — applied to ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 — restores corroded, weakened, and holed pipe and tank walls without hot work, and its tensile shear adhesion actually increases in service. Belzona 3412 seals flanged connections from the environment and peels back cleanly for inspection.
