Overview
Active leaks on pressurized vessels, headers, and piping demand a repair approach that contains the existing leak path and restores design pressure without venting the line. Belzona 1212 is the wet-and-oily-surface repair compound used with vent plates to seal the active leak and capture residual flow during cure; Belzona SuperWrap II then overlaps the area as a composite wrap qualified to ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 Article 4.1. The combined repair completes online and brings the equipment back to its qualified pressure rating without hot work or product evacuation.
