Overview
Through-wall corrosion, mechanical damage, and external pitting on pressurized pipework usually demand an in-service repair rather than a unit shutdown for replacement, especially in the months between scheduled turnarounds. Belzona SuperWrap II is the engineered composite repair system qualified to ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 Article 4.1 for repair of metallic pipework, with a service envelope from -76°F to 302°F (-60°C to 150°C) and acceptance for damp, wet, and underwater application. Repairs install while the line is online and recover full pipe rating without burning a hot-work permit.
