Overview
Insulation jackets fail at cladding seams, support legs, and any penetration where moisture finds a path under the lagging, and once water reaches the pipe surface the insulation system is hiding active CUI rather than preventing it. Belzona 3211 (Lagseal) is the acrylic membrane formulated for sealing insulation cladding, used with Belzona 9321 reinforcement sheets to deliver a water, UV, and fire-resistant barrier; Belzona 5151 (Hi-Build Cladding) provides the weather-side waterproofing on exterior walls and structures around the insulated equipment. Both apply by brush or roller without specialist tools.
