Overview
Weeping leaks at flange joints, valve packing, and small pipe defects waste product and corrode adjacent steel long before they justify a unit shutdown for proper repair. Belzona 1212 is the cold-cure repair compound formulated for application onto wet and oil-contaminated steel, sealing the weep without surface drying or hot work; Belzona SuperWrap II overwraps the area when full pipe-rating recovery is required to bring the line back to design pressure. The combination handles the working pressure during live operation and qualifies for permanent repair under ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2.
