Overview
Bund walls degrade from the inside out: spalled concrete face, exposed rebar, and a network of cold-joint cracks that propagate every freeze-thaw cycle until the bund no longer holds the volume the SPCC plan specifies. Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) rebuilds spalled concrete at the wall face; Belzona 4131 caps the rebuild with a high-build barrier coating; Belzona 4311 (Magma CR1) adds chemical-resistant overlay where the contained product would attack standard concrete. Application progresses in sequence over the same containment outage with no replacement-grade demolition.
