Overview of Belzona 3911
Belzona 3911 (PSC Surface Conditioner) is a one-part, solvent-based acrylic surface conditioner specifically formulated to promote adhesion of Belzona membrane systems to porous and bituminous substrates. Used as a primer prior to application of Belzona 3111 (Flexible Membrane), Belzona 3211 (Lagseal) and Belzona 5151, it ensures optimal bonding on substrates such as concrete, masonry, wood, asphalt, and mineral felt.
Supplied ready to use, Belzona 3911 is brush-applied directly onto prepared substrates and dries to a touch-dry state in 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on weather conditions. The acrylic binder penetrates and stabilises porous surfaces, providing a reliable bonding layer for the subsequent application of Belzona's roof and insulation coating systems.
