Overview
Flange faces deform from heat cycling, gasket-witness machining, and dropped-tool damage, and a leaking flange usually has to be re-machined back to spec or the line stays out of service. Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) rebuilds the missing metal cold-applied to the existing flange; Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) extends the working window for larger areas and slower cures; Belzona 9411 (Release Agent) prevents the former from bonding so the rebuilt face mirrors the mating flange exactly. The result is a flange face restored on-site without removing the spool from the line.
