Hot tanks and vessels
Common industries: General Maintenance, Oil and Gas Industry, Chemical Industry
Overview
Continuous immersion above 200°F is the operating envelope where conventional epoxy linings break down and where lining-system selection has to be matched to the specific service temperature rather than rounded up. Belzona 1391T is the ceramic-filled immersion lining rated to 248°F (120°C); Belzona 1593 extends the envelope to 320°F (160°C) with hand-applied service for hot-product storage, distillation column bottoms, and amine reboilers. Both cure cold inside the vessel, eliminating the post-weld stress relief and refractory thermal cycle that hot-applied linings require.

About Process Vessels
Process-vessel work fits inside a planned inspection outage: the next API-510 or owner-defined inspection window sets the calendar, and the vessel comes off line for a short, documented scope. Belzona supplies the family of cold-cure linings and rebuild composites that complete inside that outage.
